Q: How late can I order?
A:It is never too late to order. We keep videos archived and can produce on an as-needed basis. However, there may be some delay if your order has been placed three months after the commencement date.

Q: How does the money-back guarantee work?

We offer a 100% guarantee on our products so if you are dissatisfied in any way please contact us to explain your problem and we will see if there is a way to replace your order. Otherwise we will issue you a refund for your purchase.

Q: When will my DVD arrive?
A: DVDs arrive typically 6-8 weeks after your commencement date. However, there may be some delay if your order has been placed three months after the commencement date.

Q: I did not receive my entire order, where is the rest of it?

Q: I received the wrong order, what should I do?
A: If the incorrect order arrives, please write "Return to Sender" on the envelope and mail it back to us at:
